Overview of Atlas University
Atlas University was founded in Istanbul in 2018, and has since grown and flourished to become one of the most prominent universities in Turkey today. Atlas University is a favorite destination for many international students, as it began its educational journey in the 2020-2021 academic year.
Atlas University and its “Butterfly Logo” were designed and chosen based on the theory of the butterfly effect, which explains how a small impact from a butterfly’s wing can influence the choices and actions of people far away.

Atlas University offers approximately 22 different majors through 5 colleges and 1 vocational school.
